The patient will feel symptoms of a dislocation or rotator cuff tear, as one of the two will be the cause of the Bankart Lesion and an over-riding stimulus of pain. Pain, bruising, swelling, weakness, tingling, numbness, and loss of sensation are common following the dislocation or subluxation of the shoulder. Even if these symptoms are not pronounced, patients may feel that their shoulders are not moving normally.
