Frozen Shoulder

Injured my shoulder about a year ago. Was given exercises to do and sent to an orthopedic surgeon. Was sent to PT. After 8 weeks of very painful PT the PT decided he was going to move my shoulder for me. Left many bruises, which I showed to my dr. the next day. After this the prospect of surgery did not appeal to me at all. Since then I have been on my own schedule of water exercise, weights, and I just ordered my own pully to use at home. It is working, although progress is slow. May never be the same, but surgery did not promise me this either. Has gone from very painful to annoying. I will continue to work at my own pace for now.
