Sleepless nights I dislocated my shoulder on Apr.11,2001.just took a fall messing with my son.I started therapy about two weeks later. Still having pain all the time for weeks. Then one day at therapy when they was stretching my arm the pain was bad and then I got a MRI. Found out I have two tears in my rotator cuff. Any way after that day at therapy it got even harder to sleep at nights. A few days ago I started putting pillows under my shoulder keeping it higher than I had been and I have had better luck sleeping than I had. I have surgery on June 18 I will let all of U know how things have gone after that. I hope this helps someone else.
