shoulder/bi-cep pain About one month ago, I threw a trash can over a fence at the dump. I am a 45 year old very healthy, active woman. Since that time, I have had pain down the front of my arm and in my shoulder. I've been taking Tylenol Arthritis which seems to help. However, after resting it a few days, I do my regular activities (cleaning, etc., gardening,) and my arm is throbbing again and it shakes, kind of like carpel tunnel would be in the wrist. Any suggestions out there? I don't know if massage therapy will help or if I should see a doctor, it has been awhile now and it is getting me depressed. Anyone out there with same condition?
