Shoulder/Hip Pain 1993 was the year I began to notice a slight pinch in my left shoulder and often in my left hip. I thought I had a pinched nerve it would go away. Now 2001, I take 3 aspirin before bed and sleep with a heating pad. When lying down my shoulder pain doubles, often my arm tingles. During the day while walking or working in the yard my left hip hurts, a slight rest of fifteen minutes or so and I can go again until the next pain hits. Now reading this page, I find I could have Fibromyalgia. Then again, I also had a large basal cell cancer removed from the left side of my neck, I don't know if it's related or not, the dr. just said, if you get to where you cannot raise your left arm over your head please come back. So, I raise my arm about 3 times a day. Guess I need to call the doctor.
