Just had a Reduction for a Non-Union I was in a car accident in April of 2000 and tried ultrasonic therapy for a while, and my doctor and I agreed to get a bone graft and have a plate put in. I had the surgery last Wednesday - I'm in a lot of pain! I"m wondering if anyone can give me info on recovery and such - I'm in the militray and really couldn't opt out of the surgery as I've been unable to do much over the past year with the pain - he said that if I led an inactive life I'd be fine, but since I do a lot of strenuous exercise I'd have to stablilize the bone. I just don't know what to expect next! Are there any websites with personal stories?
